1. The Food drive has been extended until Tuesday. Utah fans take your donations to Mrs. Dinan's room, and BYU fans take your donations to Mr. Harrison's room. So far the U is ahead.
2. IMPORTANT REMINDER: All Federal Forms must be returned to the Attendance Office ASAP. If you have not turned them in yet, Ms. Hunt will be calling you out of class.
3. If you were given a registration form to fill out, please remember to bring them back to the front office.
4. Seniors interested in applying for the sterling scholar competition need to sign up in the counseling office by today. Applications must be turned in by December 2nd. Qualifications for sterling scholar are a minimum GPA of 3.5 and an ACT score. An application may be filled out for multiple areas, however, you may only be chosen to represent GHS in one area.
5. Otis will be here again today during both lunches!
6. The 3rd Annual Basketball Bash will be held tonight at 7:00 pm. Cost is only $1. Come and get a look at this years girls and boys basketball teams. Everyone come and support the basketball teams!
7. Winter School will be held starting the first Saturday in January. It is 1/4 credit and costs $30.00. It will run from 7:30 to 11:30am. You must attend all classes to get credit. Please sign up in the front office.
8. The wrestlers are doing a fundraiser with Big 5 Sporting Goods. Pick up a flyer in the front office that will give you 5% off your purchases from November 20th through November 30th. This money will be directly donated to the wrestling team, so we hope you will support the wrestlers.
9. All boys basketball players need to turn in their fundraiser papers to Coach Heath TODAY! And also have your picture forms ready for team pictures tonight. |
